Rated Voltage 0.6/1KV 26/35KV PVC Insulated Power Cable are suitable for fixed laying in power transmission and distribution lines with AC 50Hz and Voltage rating of 0.6/1KV 3.6/6KV,
1. The long-time permissible operation temperature of conductor shall not be higher than 70centigrade
2. Conductor maximum short circuit(not more than 5 seconds)temperature shall
not be higher than 160 centigrade.
3. The power cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 centigrade.
4. Permissible bending radius:≥ 15 times of overall diameter of cable

Standard:
GB/T12706-2002, flame-resistant characters reach standard of GB12666-90, density test of combustion gas (transmission light) reach standard of GB12666-90, combustion gas corrosiveness reach standard of IEC754
Applications: It is mainly used in power transmission and distribution lines for the condition of crowded place, closed place,important facilities such as highlayer building, underground railway, naval ships, offshore oil platform, telecom, computer.
Cable Constrution
1. Core fills rounding, Class A of flame-resistance adopts alkali-free fibreglass yarn as filler, Class B,C of flame-resistance adopts reticulate polypropylene(PP) based film as filler.
2. Tightened wrap layers of cores:Class A, B adopt alk ali-free glass cloth tape Class C adopts non-woven fabric. Products’inner lining and outer sheath extrued by low smoke, halogen free, flame-resistant polyolefine materials.

Technical requirement:
Additional requirement for finished products: Passing flame test on bunched wires or cables and density test of combustion gas (density of combustion gas’s light transmittance: single 35%min, 2 or 3 30%min, 14 25%min, 21 21% )

It mainly used in the important location of high request for flame retardant.
Application Performance
The long-time permissible operation temperature of conductor shall not be higher than 90centigrade,Conductor maximum short circuit(not more than 5 seconds)temperature shall not be higher than 250 centigrade. Fire-resistance cable can normal operate 1.5 hours in the condition of 750~800centigrade (type B) or 950~1000centigrade(type A).
