Applications:
The products are mainly applicable for power supply distribution system with supplying rated voltage up to or including 0.6/1KV in middle and buildings, factory, mine, highway, runnel, airport, bridge, the places for cultural or sports activities, enterprise and institution. It has advantages such as safety in power supply, excellent insulation, ease in construction, low wide application, multiple categories, low requirement to installation environment and convenience in design and so on, it is at large used abroad and an ideal substitute for general cable and bus duct. In comparison with bus duct, it has even more functions e.g. shock proof, waterproof and fire resistance and avoids installation and maintenance of bus duct.
Application performance
1, Working frequency rating voltage U0/U is 0.6/1KV
2, Conductor Max. permissible operating temperature: PVC insulation shall not higher than 70centigrade, XLPE insulation shall not higher than 90centigrade
3,Conductor maximum short circuit(not more than 5 seconds)temperature: PVC insulation shall not be higher than 160 centigrade, XLPE insulation shall not higher than 250centigrade
4,The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 centigrade when being laid
5, Flame retardant characters meet class C of standard GB12666.5-90
6, Fire resistance characters meet class A or B of standard GB12666.6-90
7, Permissible bending radius shall not lower 15 times than outer diameter of calbe
